Transferring 2FA to a different app (solved)

Edited

Hello,

I am using Microsoft authenticator as a 2FA provider and purchased a new cell phone. Unfortunately I am neither able to trasnfer the 2FA seed from the Microsoft authenticator app, nor able to add a new app (or disable and re-enable 2FA) with Atlassian Access.

My company has 2FA enforced so I cannot disable and re-enable the 2FA.

Could anyone help me with this problem?

Thank you.

Radek

Found a solution:

User itself is unable to change its 2FA seed, but the Organization admin is able to reset the 2FA authentication and force user to set up a new one upon a new login.
