Hey there,
we have managed to setup SAML SSO and SCIM user provisioning. All our users are provisonined automaticly into the atlassian cloud. Newly generated OneLogin user is provisioned to the atlassian cloud.
The problem is, that we can not automatically set the access groups provided by the atlassian cloud. If I do a "refresh entitlements" in OneLogin (this button should sync the access groups and I can apply them to our users via rules) and no access groups are showing up.
We have followed the instructions we have found here:
---
To set up groups in automatic user provisioning, in your OneLogin dashboard you would go to the "Roles" tab in the "Users" dropdown. Creating these Roles corresponds to a SCIM group; you could then assign users to these roles and push the group in the parameters tab for your app as seen in OneLogin's documentation.
---
This doesn't work, still we do not see any groups in OneLogin. Any advices? Any ideas?
Thanks and kind regards
Marc
