All users and groups are being provisioned from Okta with the Atlassian Access product and there are some standard fields like department, job title, etc. that are being properly synced from Okta to our Atlassian Cloud account, that is great, that works. The problem is that I'd like to sync a specific custom field from Okta which is manager email and use it as a user attribute to fill the approver field on Jira Service Desk with an automation rule. Is that possible without using a custom script, another add-on or doing some dark magic???, can I just try to push any custom field from Okta and it will get stored in the user's attributes??
HI, Michael, as we see your response was in September 2020, can you please check if there are any updates regarding this question? We have the same case where we have to map the manager attribute from Okta to the Atlassian profile. Are there any options to map custom attributes from Okta now? Thank you very much in advance.
