We forced users to use 2FA to access Atlassian. Now, for only one user I want to stop 2FA. How can I stop 2FA for only one user? Actually, I have stopped 2FA generally but 2FA is needed for the user. What should I do?
I found https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/enforced-two-step-verification-938859738.html#Enforcedtwo-stepverification-temp_exclude and it has worked.
