I have followed the Microsoft documentation to setup SAML based SSO for Atlassian Cloud on Azure AD. However, when I test with a user I get the below message. Public key is what I have copy and paste from Azure and it is Base64 certificate. I’m not sure what else could be wrong with the certificate. Any assistance would be appreciated.
"Hmm...we're having trouble logging you in. You'll need to talk to your organization admin - tell them we sent you, and that there appears to be an issue with the SAML public key used for your SAML single sign-on configuration"
We are having the same issue IBM ISAM, need metadata from Atlassian or x.509 certificate and public key.
I hit the same issue @Sunil Kalidindi - to resolve it, I asked my Azure AD admin to double-check the certificate. When she did, she found that the cert has somehow changed.
She gave me the updated cert, I pasted it into my SSO config, and it worked!
