SAML Single Sign On and Provisioning for Service Management Customers

Hi,

we are trying to set up the service desk customers for our internal customers from our business (all of which are on our AD).

we have Atlassian access set up with user provisioning and SSO.

ideally we want to set it up seamlessly, i have found out this guide but it appears to be outdated - anyone know the latest version or best practice on how to do this

I reached out to support and they provided a workaround and said the requested feature is not yet released: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-630

Work around is to have the user register and then migrate them to an atlassian account. I have not tested this.
