Removing users from OKTA access group Disables User

I have a case that we have an OKTA group we use to grant access to a project.  In this use case, the product is Jira Work Management.  When I remove a user from the access group, it disables the user's Atlassian Access.  I only want it to remove the user from that product.

It sounds like the Okta group is associated with more than one Atlassian product access.

In admin.atlassian.com > Directory > Groups

Select the group, and check it's product access.
