I can't seem to log into my account and I am not sure who the admin is for my account because the last admin no longer works with the company.

Did you have any luck with this?
One solution I can think of is to use an app like Elements Connect.
Elements Connect can connect to an external data source, e.g. the OKTA REST APIs, or some other exposure of your user data (maybe you're in Azure AD). Once a user creates an issue, the connected "Region" field will then automatically update based on the corresponding data as pulled from your user directory, based on data in the reporter field.
