Request Id: 084d8cd0-39ed-4200-9e50-16a0362f4000
Correlation Id: a013ab85-4f3c-4147-b73a-8f48b18853fc

Message: AADSTS7000112: Application '46cdaa3f-9339-4b60-bf04-4dd98cd903d7'(Atlassian) is disabled.
Hello Ben,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
There are two options where you can allow access to users: Site access and Access Requests.
Site access: You will choose the option "Anyone with one of the following email address domains can join" and add the domain. So, their accounts will be created, but you will have to make sure that they will receive the licenses for the desired products, so they will not need to "Access request". To check what access they will receive when they log in, please check "Product access".
On this option, they will not need approval from admins, because it was already allowed.
Access requests: This access needs approval, why? It means that the user already has access to one product but not another. An example: The user has access to Confluence and they are checking a page that has a Jira ticket linked to it. The user clicks on the Jira ticket and is redirected to a page saying that they don't have access and a button to access request for Jira. In this case, admins will have to approve the access.
All these options you can find on Site administration.
If you have any other question, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
@Angélica Luz - will guests in approved domains be automatically granted a licensed seat?
