A co-worker is unable to login to the new Atlassian Cloud GUI. None of my other co-workers (about ten of us) have any problem. He's not a new employee. He browses to "our usual" URL (https://COMPANY.atlassian.net/wiki/, where COMPANY is the name of our instance). He enters his login & return. After a wait, he enters his password and return. After an even longer wait, the page returns with "ERROR The request could not be satisfied ... CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection".
Feels like a time out ... The same thing happens if he tries to login to a browser on my laptop, so it doesn't seem like something specific to his environment. Nothing has changed in his user account.
Suggestions / help appreciated.
I am honestly disappointed at how bad Atlassian Support has gotten. I have a ticket open and they are refusing to help because some of my products are on the free plan (I hadn't had the chance to upgrade them yet, and at this point, I am not sure I am going to)
It might be time to find alternate solutions. This is really ridiculous.
