we are trying to set up the service desk customers for our internal customers from our business (all of which are on our AD).
we have Atlassian access set up with user provisioning and SSO.
ideally we want to set it up seamlessly, i have found out this guide but it appears to be outdated - anyone know the latest version or best practice on how to do this
We can't help you, we are a community of end users of Atlassian systems. Most (all possibly) have no access to your accounts or systems.
You will need to try a password reset and hope you still have access to the email you've lost track of, or get in touch with one of the administrators.
I use this email to login bitbucket, but no repos list there
