we are currently trying to configure an SSO between an SAP Identity and Atlassian Access via SAML. The login via SSO works without problems, but the requests from Atlassian Access to the SAP Identity are not signed. For security reasons, we would like to set up a signing certificate and have asked ourselves whether this is currently possible at all and if so, how?

They can help you regain access to the account.
Would also suggest login into admin.atlassian.net this is the common admjn portal for Atlassian tools on their cloud platform.
