Remove site admin

I created a site admin/organization owner manager@dg.com. When I go to site-admins, Remove is greyed out. How do I move forward?

I've logged in as an alternate site-admin and the original email manager@dg.com is still greyed out.

I couldn't get it to work from the desktop app, but was able to via notion.so

Once I had logged in via the web I could access from desktop.

I don't know what's causing it though because I'm new to Notion.

This worked for me too. Couldn't get it to work through the desktop app as described above.

Indeed, from the browser, it went OK. Not so from the app.
