i would like to know the cost of 

Atlassian Access + Jira Service Management

we are a small company with 4 agents/it members and about 100-150 users

also if anyone know if the trial version for atlassian access is only for 6 active directory accounts?

because this is the number of users i see .

Hi @Iwan ,

Atlassian Access Logs will grant you information about "User Logged In" and "User Logged Out", other than that it won't give you a log for Authentication failure. Adding the documentation below:

What I would suggest is to use the 30-Day trial for Atlassian access, or get in touch with the Atlassian Access support team to see if this product may solve your use case, you can proceed with the purchase after getting all your information then.
