issues with access and password reset

I keep resetting my password and receiving no email for past 24 hours. Looking for the support team for this access in virgin media o2.

Hi @Colleen Gotling 

Have you created any Shared Teams?

To do this...

  1. Go to Plans > View Shared Teams
  2. Select Create Team in the top-right corner

If you are unable to create Shared Teams, make sure you have the right permissions to create them. You'll need to be a Jira Admin to check this, then...

  1. Go to Plans > Settings
  2. Select Advanced Roadmaps Permissions from the left-hand menu
  3. Next to Shared Team Management, ensure appropriate Groups have access
