Idle Time Out Settting

Has anyone successfully seen the idle time out setting work?  We have managed accounts and using Azure AD SSO integration.  We recently set idle time at 8 hours.  I exit Jira at the end of the day and come in the morning and I am still logged in.   I queried about 10 users and they are not getting logged out either.

On the new user management, currently, it's not possible to see when the invitation was sent.

There is a feature suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Show how long an invitation was sent on the new UI for User management and if it was expired
