How to map users when Jira taken over by another organisation

Need to map or migrate Jira users from organisation a to organisation b and both organisation use different domains

Hi Joel,

Your request is not clear enough for us to be able to assist you. 

If you are an org admin, you should be able to navigate to admin.atlassian.com and map product access to the SCIM groups. 

There is always at least 1 organisation admin in an org.

thanks, the issue is identifying the org admin as its just "Administrators" and it seems im not an org admin not being able to manage product access. so then what happens when the "org admin" is no longer employed with the company ?
