Discounts offered to partners

I am new to Atlassian and I was wondering about what kind of discounts do the Atlassian provides to its partners who wants to resell a product? Basically, How does reselling at Atlassian works? and if there are any discount levels provided to its partners?

Are the email addresses for those that have created their accounts via social accounts on your domain? Unfortunately SSO will not work for users that are not managed (i.e., not on your domain).
