Is there an option in Guard or the SSO setup with Entra ID to change the display name to normal "First Last"? I very much doubt we'll be able to change our Entra ID default of "Last, First" for Display Name but would like to change what is displayed in the Atlassian cloud apps.We're using SCIM for this as well if it helps narrow anything down. The most confusing part about this is that the Display Name attribute is not on the Entra ID SSO setup and I can't find anywhere on the Atlassian Admin side set to use the "First, Last" setup where I could fix this.

He can successfully access and login to the atlassian.com website with my IBM ID/pwd

but He is not able to access https://ibmgaia.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa..his name is not showing while adding in my project (RMT).

Can you please help us

For what it's worth, we're using "Azure AD for nested groups" and not true Azure AD SCIM.

Support pointed me towards https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-1560 that is supposed to cover this functionality.
