Hello, I'm getting ready to set up a connection between our JIRA Service Management instance with our Azure AD environment. My question is, when I begin to setup the user sync option, will these users be notified that they are now members of this group or does this happen silently in the background? We are in a POC setup right now and not wanting to spam all our customers (or even a small group) of users if they are added to this instance.

A site and org admin can't remove another one directly, so firstly another org admin need to remove this user from the organization by going to admin.atlassian.com > Click on the organization > Settings > Administrators > Remove the admin. After that, to remove their privileges or delete their account it's necessary to remove the group site-admins of their profile and then you will be able to revoke their access or delete their account.
