Add attributes to user

Can we add city (or organization) and manager attributes to users and synchronize them with Atlassian access

It is my understanding that the email does not get sent out until the accounts are claimed. Nothing is done when the domain is verified.

Hello Martin,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When a domain is claimed on an Organization, users will receive a notification informing that the administrator manages their Atlassian account and they won't be able to change their email address or full name. 

Currently, it's not possible to disable this notification. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Ability to disable notifications when domain is verified
