Access revoked after sync to GSuite

Hello

We lost access to our Atlassian site right away we completed the GSuite Sync process.

We still have access to Atlassian account but not to our site (neither to Jira or Confluence).

Any idea how can we get control again of the site?

Hi Patricia,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to permissions and roles, it's not possible to see who are the administrators on a Jira or Confluence. 

In this case, you can use an option to contact administrators. You won't see their names, but they will receive an email with your request.
