Am pretty new to Jira, exploring various options. I'm currently using Jira ticket to track issues and raise new tickets for developments. I would like to have a ticket id without hyphens "-". Example :
Current Ticket Format: INC-0123456
Required Format : INC0123456
Is there any option to get this done?

There is no direct integration in place with LDAP. You will need to connect your On-prem AD / LDAP with one of the supported identity providers and then setup user provisioning sync.
