No response - high staff turn over?

Is it normal for Atlassian to not respond or is my experience unique?  Is it high staff turn over or just poor communication - agents appear jump on with enthusiasm to help but then do not follow through with what they commit to and stop replying.  I have tried emailing, no response I have tried calling and can not be put through. 

 

Honestly I am out of options

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When verifying a domain, after adding the TXT record to the DNS host, it’s necessary to go back to the site and click on Verify domain. Please, confirm if you followed the steps 7 and 8.

After doing those steps, does it show Unverified?

For the domain to show as verified, after 72 hours it’s necessary to go back to the domains’ page again and click on Verify domain.

After 72 hours pass, click Verify domain next to the domain you want to verify and from the dialog that appears.
