Migrate cloud user to a verified domain

Hello,

We use Jira Cloud products. We have recently verified our domain in Atlassian Access.

We have around 200 active users from different domains (eg. gmail.com, example.com). We would like to retain user account profile and user history rather than creating a new account for every user. 

1) Is there any possibility to transfer users from unverified domains (e.g gmail.com) to our domain?

2) Is there any possibility to transfer users from other verified domain to our domain?

We can ask our users to perform an action (e.g changing email on their account), but we would like to avoid that.

Hey @niles davis,

If you are just creating your own trusted certificates, we don't expect any problems, but without more information about your configuration it will be difficult to diagnose the the issue.

Hi @niles davis,

Are you looking for a way to inspect SAML assertions? SSL shouldn't be a problem, you can still try using a browser plug-in like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/saml-tracer/ or similar.
