List users with two-step verification status

I've already tried these steps but there isn't an option for managed accounts. Please see below. I need to check that which user hasn't Setup their 2FA for Jira:

The users will not lose access to the instance, but when you remove a domain from your list of verified domains, the users with that domain are no longer managed and won't appear on your Managed account page.To remove a verified domain, click Remove next to the domain and verify that you want to remove it. We'll email users with that domain to let them know that their account is no longer managed.

I have removed a domain from the list of managed domains in Access but the users do not appear anymore in the list of Confluence / Jira users so they are removed at the same time of the managed domains which is not what I am reading above
