How to update managed user email address - CLOUD

Hi there,

I read this documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-atlassian-account-email-addresses-969508513.html

But I can't find a way to either Directory or where to update the details of a managed user account. Does someone know how I can do this?
