How do I add a new employee to Bitbucket in Jira Cloud?

This should be simple and I am a site admin, but there is nowhere for me to invite our new employee to BITBUCKET.  No problem me inviting to Jira and Atlassian but why not Bitbucket?

Atlassian documentation is garbage - all it refers to is via APIs. I just want to get into Atlassian, into Bitbucket, and add a new user.  This should be simple.  Thanks for any help

In order to add other organization admins, please go to admin.atlassian.com and click on the desired organization.

On the left side, click on Settings > Administrators > Add administrators.

If you are seeing something different than that, please send us a screenshot (just make sure to hide sensitive information).
