Looking at the landing page for Atlassian Access, it seems that the pricing model compared to the "usual" cloud pricing is different:
- licence fees are increased on a per user basis
- licence fee for all atlassian products is $30 per user per year instead of $ 120 per user per year in the "usual" cloud pricing
Is that correct, or did I get something wrong?
If correct, can licence fees that have already been paid be credited towards the Atlassian Access pricing model?
Thanks,
Martin
I must have misread the question as I thought to backdate a received invoice. if it's the history of invoices - that's available to the billing contact. you need to check that account or the monthly invoices sent to that account.
If you are the billing contact for the licenses, you should be able to see your invoice history at my.atlassian.com . Select Order from the top and then Invoices in the middle.

Not possible and again why have a backdated invoice?
