Deletion of account

Trying to delete an account of a former employee but I am receiving the following message

 

  • This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW
  • This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
  • This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
  • To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.

As the user no longer works with the company, how do we remove this account

Hi Venkat - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What were you doing when you got the error? Exact steps please. 

Also, have you tried using a different browser or with Incognito mode?

I just am trying to login and this is what I am getting. I tried all things:
1. Tried accessing URL through Incognito

2. Cleared Cache and cookies

3. Tried new browser

 

Interesting enough that soon after your comment, it is working. I think you are the solution to problems :)
