Cannot transfer one organisation to another

Hi, I'm trying to transfer all products from one organisation to another. The product to be moved is a Jira Cloud site (free tier).

The option to transfer all products is unavailable - it says "This feature is unavailable for your organization. To transfer your products to another organization, contact support and raise a ticket under the category Technical issues and bugs."

I want to transfer the site https://gearset-da.atlassian.net in the gearset-da organisation to the gearsethq organisation. Could this be done for me or an option to do this myself be enabled?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

In order to verify the domain, you need to go to the organization’s page.

I checked here and it does not show you as an organization admin, so you need to check who is an org admin and ask them to add you or ask them to verify a domain.

When we are an org admin, it shows the option “Back to organization” and it shows a label next to our names informing that we are org and site-admin.
