[SOLVED] Cannot reenable a disabled account

Hello,
I'm facing something that I cannot solve alone.
My account in Atlassian Cloud has roles ORG & SITE ADMIN.
I can see that some users have the status « Account disabled ».

But when opening the user details, I cannot see any action button or link permitting to enable the user.

While reading the help, there should be a button to perform this action but I cannot see it (please refer to the screen capture below)

What did I wrong?

You are right as far as I know but the Trusted Users role is not used anymore. The ones that already have that Role will remain having this but I would recommend changing that to some other role site-administrator or project administrator.  

"The role "trusted" has been discontinued for the improved user management experience. If your site uses the new interface, you are not able to assign users the trusted role."
