I'm an Atlassian Org Admin & I tried to use the following instructions to add another Org Admin. However, when I go the Settings page, the Administrators menu link in the left nav is missing as shown in the screen shot below. How do I resolve this?Log in to your organization at admin.atlassian.com.Choose Settings > Administrators.Click Add administrators.Enter an Atlassian account email address and click Grant access.

Can we enable SSO before we migrate our data to cloud jira

Hi All, We are planning to migrate our on-premise server to atlassian cloud jira. We also want to enable SSO integration on our cloud jira. I want to know how to achieve these both.

1) Enable SSO.

2)Migrate data to cloud.

3)Grant access to the groups imported from server.

Are the above steps correct ? Please help with the correct steps so that , we can have a smooth migration.

This is because you have centralized user management. Follow the steps at https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/#Make-someone-an-organization-admin.
