In the Jira cloud solution for the Admin page, if you select the radio button "Don't approve any domain" does that restrict all access for new accounts or does that just limit invited members to use the specific account specified in the invitation?
I'm looking for more specific details on the purpose of this radio button.

Have you raised a request to Atlassian's support? Atlassian will check if the email is being sent out by their end. If it is sent out, then possibly you have to check from your end.
But just to be aligned your employees follow this, right?
