Not receiving emails for verification for 2 step verification or retrieval link

I am using bitbucket since long and recently trying to use 2 step authentication, but at the end of the process, not able to receive any email for the verification. Also I have tried to use retrieval link option to test for login. I am using google login option. Previously I was able to receive the emails.
