Not receiving Jira email verification emails

Despite successfully accessing Bitbucket, Jira is insisting on verifying my email address. This would be fine except I'm not receiving the email. It's not in spam either.

 

I've attempted enough times to verify now that I was blocked from attempting again for an hour. I've not received a single email.
