Mixed authentication on domain managed by atlassian access

We have installed atlassian access.
Everything is working fine for single users, but I want to be able to login with a mailing list email which allows me to communicate with my team.

There is no account underneath this email so the SSO does not work, is it possible to disable sso for selected emails ?

Hello Kaci,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
It's not possible to disable SSO for only one user and also when you are about to invite a user it shows a message informing that it's not possible to send an invitation to distribution lists and it applies to mail lists too because it may not work as expected.
