We are now completely locked out of Atlassian cloud - no one can login & it appears there is 0 support available from Atlassian, which seems crazy to me.
Domain was verified successfully & users in domain were imported as managed users.
Everything SAML related on the microsoft side succeeds, it is just atlassian that doesn't like it for some reason.
I have hundreds of users that can now not access - can anyone assist at all? Or does anyone have a phone number for Atlassian support??
