Is it possible to create a jira cloud login and assign multiple organisations to the login OR do we have to create multiple jira logins - 1 for each organisation?

Context:

I am trying to create a jira login for a partner who will need to have access to 4 clients and see all of their tickets. Each client is setup as an organisation. So I want the partner to be able to login to jira and be able to see all 4 organisation related tickets.

Please advise.

4 Organization means atleast 4 sites and SAML is configured w.r.to site

So in that case 4 multiple logins. But if you have same SSO Provider that will have the same password for all the logins.
