Hi Team,
one of our clients has this issue
They have recently renewed Atlassian access, all the new users are not able to log in through one login to Jira.
Old users can access as usual(2yrs back they have set up one login and these new users are added to the AD group as well.
PFA screen shots.
User failed creating in app. <email-id> could not be created in Atlassian Cloud. Raised Exception: OneLogin::Provisioning::Exceptions::CouldNotAuthenticate
Hi Alekhya,
Thank you for raising this on Atlassian Community. It looks like we didn't get your attachments, but it's best if you have your client submit a ticket with Support.
The reason is, if they have Atlassian Access, they're entitled to Premium Support:
Atlassian Access is available for any of these plans and includes the same level of support as Premium
User provisioning can be complicated, and it's best if we take a look at their account to understand what's happening. Make sure they include you as a participant to keep updated on the progress.
Let me know if they have any trouble raising that ticket!
Take care,
Shannon | Atlassian Community Support
