I was wondering if you could assist me. We manage a service desk within Jira but when we send the invitation to some clients, they do nor receive it (via email), and seems there is no issue with their firewall and have searched on their entire emails.
I was reading on other inquiries made that they might be blocked, could this be our case?

Checking on our tools, I found that there were bounces on 67 different email addresses from your domain.
I removed those bounces and they should receive the notifications now.
If the emails are not from the same domain as your email, then the only way for us to check is if you share it with us here. Since Community is public, we understand if you don't share this information here. If that's the case, you can ask your site administrator to create a ticket on support.atlassian.com/contact, so it will be restricted and you can share the affected email addresses.
