Jira can't delete this account AUTO-RENEW


why should I add someone as a new contact. This is ONLY my account. I don't want this anymore. I want to pernamentlu deleted. .. How i do this?

Hi Małgorzata,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to delete your account, it’s necessary that this is not associated with any Atlassian products, so the option to add another email is a workaround because you can create any email that you will not use anymore and add as a primary billing and technical in order to remove your email, then, you will be able to delete your Atlassian account.

If you don’t want to add another email and don’t want to use Atlassian products anymore, you can go to and cancel your subscription or you can contact our Customers advocates through asking for them to destroy the sites where you are the main billing and technical.
