Issues using API Token on Power BI service

Hello,

Our company's Jira access is moving to the cloud. All internal URLs will convert to External URL which to my understanding is located on the Cloud.

Currently (internal Jira), I am able to access Jira metadata using a REST API. When reconfiguring to the External URLs and also using an API token per the instructions, I am able to refresh my data on my POWER BI APP. However, I am not able to refresh my data in the POWER BI SERVICE.

I have an open ticket with Microsoft to look at the logs but wanted to see if someone here has any experience or something to share.

Thanks

-David

You can use our plugin.
For the server - Microsoft Power BI Connector for Jira
For cloud - Microsoft Power BI Connector for Jira Cloud
Our plugin has convenient data filtering. You will be able to filter your data by JQL, Date and Jira Filter.
We also integrated with a large number of plugins.
