Ip whitelisting for jira software but not jwm or trello with jira powerup?

Hiya.

Our company uses ip whitelisting to ensure engineers that access confluence and Jira software.  We are interested in rolling out either jira work management or trello for our non-engineers.  We are trying to decide between jwm and trello, and we are also trying to figure out how either would integrate or not with both jira software and with external tools.

Two questions:

1) We don’t need the whitelisting security for those ops/biz dev (non-engineer) applications, and we would like to make use of certain integrations of trello or jwm with other tools, so we were wondering if we could segment out the whitelisting for just existing company atlassian use cases (confluence and Jira software for engineers) but not require it for jwm or trello?

2) If we get the jira powerup for trello so that our ops/biz teams can sync with engineering jira software… and if engineering requires the ip whitelisting, could this integration be set up that the trello ip could be whitelisted from the jira software side to allow the integration?  Could that occur while still not requiring trello to take on the same ip whitelisting requirements as Jira software (thereby breaking the integrations I’m hoping for)?

Hopefully i phrased this clearly and correctly!  Thanks in advance :)
