Invite customer but customer not received an email.

Try to delete and re-invite customer email many time. Check Customer invited is enable.

Is it becuase i've reach the maximum number of notifications limitation?

A few options you can try:

1. make sure the invite isn't going into the user's junk email.

2. There might have been an issue with the email bouncing the first time the invite was sent. Instead of deleting and re-inviting the user, press the 'resend invite' link within the user list. This will both remove any email blockages we might have seen from the first invite (e.g. if the email address didn't exist yet or was in the process of being setup) and resend the invite email.

3. Whether the user receives the invite or not shouldn't impact their ability to access the product. If they've not setup a password yet, they can enter their email when logging in, and press the 'password reset' button. This should allow them to get into the product.

This didn't solved for me too. I have tried everything even checked my email server - no spam or nothing received from JIRA mail ID. For other user it is working fine. Kindly help out.
