I can't access my company JIRA account

When I try to log into JIRA or confluence, I receive the following message. Please advise.

We couldn’t log you in

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

Try logging in again

I have tried using another browser but this hasn't resolved the issue.

Also look at the browser plugins you might have installed, I had this issue when my new antivirus service installed a plugin to my chrome and had elevated restrictions.

@Abdul Mehmood

@Ajay _view26_ is correct this is usually an issue with cache or cookie.  You can also try incognito mode to see if that allows you in.

Hi @Abdul Mehmood

I recall the same issue which I had faced a month back. The trick was to clear the cookies & history in Chrome to get it working. Can you try that?
