When I try to log into JIRA or confluence, I receive the following message. Please advise.
We couldn’t log you in
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
I have tried using another browser but this hasn't resolved the issue.
Also look at the browser plugins you might have installed, I had this issue when my new antivirus service installed a plugin to my chrome and had elevated restrictions.
@Ajay _view26_ is correct this is usually an issue with cache or cookie. You can also try incognito mode to see if that allows you in.

I recall the same issue which I had faced a month back. The trick was to clear the cookies & history in Chrome to get it working. Can you try that?
