How to register with Atlassian to raise tickets

Hi, can anybody help me with Atlassian please? I am a new starter and need to raise a ticket to IT guys, they said need to do over here. Thanks

I think you may have been misdirected.

I suspect you want to raise issues with your IT people, but here, we are a Community of people talking about Atlassian stuff.  We're not your IT people (although they may be here, this is not the place to engage them).

I suggest you might want to talk to your IT people again, they should be referring you to their (your) support request channels, not an external forum.
