How to reactivate an user with API

Hi ,

May I know if Jira can offer the api to reactivate a user whose status shows inactivate ?

Cannot find any doc of that.

Thanks!

Hi @Kei Ji

You currently can't. Here's a suggestion to include it as an endpoint https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-37294?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=c2d06730-b1f8-4399-9de1-78266f73690b

Vote and watch it for future notifications.

Hi,

If the user account here is a managed account i.e. account on your verified domain, you can use the user management API to reactivate the user account:

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/user-management/rest/api-group-users/#api-users-account-id-manage-lifecycle-enable-post

Regards,
Jayant
