How to change the unmanaged email address

Hello,

 

I am working with the organisation and they have invited me on Jira on my personnel email. Now they have created my email address using their organisation email.

The problem is I am not able to find any option to keep data as well as to change my email address for them only. 

I have my own repos and Jira data in my own account thats why I dont want to change my Jira account email, also at the same time I would like to chnage my email address for them.

 

Let me know if there is any kind of way to achieve this.

Hi @nighterz ,

If you have an account that's managed by an organization, only an organization admin can change your email address. You will need to contact the admins of the org and have them change it on your behalf.
