How do I manage Atlassian Access license provisioning

My manager recently purchased Atlassian Access and setup SAML with our Okta instance. Atlassian says we are 9 users over our 100 user license tier but I can't seem to find where I can deprovision licenses from some generic "system" accounts we have setup in our Atlassian instance. Can someone please point me towards some documentation? I'd rather not have to upgrade to the 200 license tier just for 9 users.

Thanks!

Hi Sean,

You can see the users that are counting as licensed by going to Site administration > Product access:

Also, just to let you know that system accounts, such as add-ons, does not count as a license even if they show as licensed, it won't count, only actual users count.

Regards,
Angélica
